WORKSHOP

Time to share movements

Once a month, every Friday, the dance division of Theater Freiburg invites all movement enthusiasts to an open meeting, lay people as well as professional dancers who want to get involved in a guided exploration of new movements.

COME AND DANCE

Come and Dance is an open dance and movement workshop under the guidance of the performance artist Emi Miyoshi, which is offered once in each exhibition interval at the Kunstverein Freiburg. While in the “White Cube”, the supposedly neutral exhibition space of modernity, the eyes and the head are addressed above all, the space can be physically experienced here. People of all ages, those who enjoy movement, dancers, couch potatoes, but also apparently disembodied eyes with attached thinking apparatus are invited to move around together in the spacious exhibition hall of the Kunstverein.
